Body Baseline
Five home measurements become the numbers that matter more than the scales: body fat estimate, waist-to-hip ratio, daily energy needs and training zones, with a plain reading of where you stand.
SLOW moves
Tell it what you want to work on, where you exercise and anything to be careful of. It gives you a short list of sensible exercises with caution notes, and you build a starter mix of 3 to 6 to take to a trainer, physio or exercise physiologist.
