What it is

The longevity space is loud: every week brings a new study, a new podcast claim and a new supplement built on both. Lifespan tracks what comes out, checks it against the source, and gives each item a short 'our read': what the study showed, what it did not show, and whether it changes anything you should do.

Two kinds of pieces

Updates. Short reads on a single new finding or claim, published as the research lands. Newest first.

Foundations. Longer pieces on a whole topic, the science that does not change week to week, for when you want the full picture rather than the latest headline. Muscle, bones, sleep, the gut and the rest.

How to use it

Start with the foundation piece on whatever your Body Baseline report or your GP has flagged, then follow the updates as they come. Everything is free and there is nothing to buy at the end of any piece.
